so i realize i haven't updated in a while... my bad.

i really shouldn't be bloggin right now.. i gots a 8-10 page paper to write by tuesday, which is, by the way, election day.. so vote vote vote!

so down to business. 

last night i went stargazing with my girls down on taylor road.. and lemme tell you- it was perfect! I made my special hot chocolate, brought my christmas mix cd (i had forgotten what a mean mix that thing is!) and saw not one, but THREE shooting stars. Then we watched sister act 2.. that movie always makes me wanna dress in 90s clothes and join a choir. couldn't tell ya why..

i dont have any pictures to document last night though, because my camera is still broken.

hence another area of my life i procrastinate in. :D

BUT,

i do have a picture of my first pumpkin carving from a couple weeks ago! It only lasted bout 2 days, and then start to shrivel up and get all moldy.. it was pretty gross. 

if you ask me, thats the cutest pumpkin i've ever seen (;

p.s, happy halloween! i'm bout to get my bowl-on tonight.

just got done with homework- it was fun actually. i had to look in depth at the life of Nehemiah 

and try and figure out all these different things. It got kinda confusing, seeing as there was either 10 different King Artaxerxes 

or just one with different names.. ughghghhg. We will never know.

Esther is an amazing story however. I like reading it.. but somehow thanks to veggietales I always think of Mordecai

as a grape and Hamen as a peach and the king as a pickle or whatever he was.

Today i thought a lot about the upcoming holidays.. I am so excited. I love

Thanksgiving. And Leftovers. And Miracle on 34th Street. And camping out with

Jason and the girls outside Circuit City for Black Friday deals. AHHH so much fun. I love life. And winter.

Hopefully it will get cold sooon.. i like seeing my breath

outside.. and wearing scarfs and boots. mmmmm (: and bonfires. and 94.9 christmas music. 

WAIT! would that be considered secular music?

Sigh. It really is the most wonderful time of the year.
